DESCRIPTION:The first dinner kicks off on Friday\, July 10\, at 6:30 PM\, and will feature four fine Walla Walla wines from TERO Estates' winemaker Doug Roskelley\, paired with four scrumptious food courses from our guest chef (and Top Chef contestant!)\, Robin Leventhal.\n\nTERO Estates sits in the middle of the oldest commercially planted vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley AVA\, Windrow Vineyard near Milton-Freewater\, Oregon. Winemaker Doug Roskelley produces worldclass Cabernet Sauvignon\, Cabernet Franc\, and other fantastic red blends. Read more about Doug's winemaking philosophy here.\n\nAnd we are pleased as punch that Chef Robin Leventhal has agreed to be our guest chef for this dinner. Robin has made her way across the world cooking in restaurants as well as teaching her passion for food. She owned and operated Crave\, a popular bistro serving up comfort food on Capitol Hill in Seattle. In 2009 she had a life changing experience as a contestant on season six of Top Chef\, where she finished in 5th place. She is now Chef Instructor at the Wine Country Culinary Institute in Walla Walla\, WA.
