Eagle Cap Excursion Train
Eagle Cap Excursion Train - I love America Train! runs today. It’s Fourth of July Weekend and you are looking for some family fun. This train ride departs from the Elgin depot and follows the Grande Ronde River north. At Palmer Junction, site of a former lumber mill, passengers can leave the train to stretch their legs and enjoy the river. Then, “All Aboard!” for the ride back to Elgin. You will cover 22 miles, round trip, in less than two hours. Kids receive a souvenir.
