Eagle Cap Excursion Train
Tonight's theme is the Cowboy Country Dinner Ride. Enjoy an evening train ride, when the light is long and golden and wildlife ventures out of hiding. A delicious dinner is served (plated) as the train winds along beside the sparkling rivers. The menu includes locally produced items, prepared by Ten Depot Street Restaurant of La Grande. The trip is one-way to Minam, with a bus ride back to Elgin.
