Eagle Cap Excursion Train Fall Trips

Fall colors are the highlight of our autumn trips, and photographers especially love this time of year.  Our Two Rivers run capitalizes on the beauty and quiet of fall. These trips depart from Elgin Depot at Adults = $70 / Seniors 60+ = $65 / Youth, 3 to 16 = $35 (kids under 3 ride for free!) Lunch is served on the train. Some trips have special entertainment or guest experts.  Today's trip will appreciate the fall colors which should be at their peak and there may be goblins about.

The morning trip has a few seats left but is nearly sold-out.  For this reason, an afternoon trip has been added, due partly to demand created by the airing of the segment about the train on Grant’s Getaways and KGW TV news. The afternoon ride departs at 2:30 p.m. and returns at 6:30, ending the trip at sunset. The afternoon meal will be served during the return to Elgin and will include oven-baked fried chicken, salads and dessert, prepared by Ten Depot Street.
