Marky Pitts shares: “chair yoga has become an important part of my physical and mental health. It is cardio, muscle strengthening, flexibility and balance. Linda is a great coach, helping us to move correctly for core strengthening and I always feel stress relief and a calming effect”.
Elnora Cameron writes: “So many benefits come from Linda Robinson’s chair yoga. Anyone, even someone in a wheelchair, can participate. Linda is a compassionate teacher who provides adaptions for every student. Students stretch their limbs and spine as much as possible. It is the start of a calmer day after each session.”
Linda Robinson has been practicing yoga for over forty years. After retiring from a teaching career she completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2016. Since then she has completed training in Yoga for Parkinson’s, Trauma Informed Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Accessible Yoga, Chair Yoga, and more. She loves introducing students to the benefits of chair yoga and teaches regularly online. Come see what she has to offer.
