Living Well
This 10-week health and wellness program will include information on making healthy food choices, incorporating exercise into your daily life, getting better sleep, managing stress, and so much more! Classes are taught by Dr. Emily Sheahan, Medical Director of Community Health, and will include food samples, lab work, and your very own wellness binder.
