Seminar on Elder Abuse

Wallowa County Caregivers Support Group is sponsoring a FREE seminar on Tuesday June 3rd at 3 pm.  Location:  Wallowa Valley Hospital Conference Room behind the Cafeteria.  Guest speaker Gretchen Jordan, CVA, of Oregon Long Term Care Ombudsman  program will be speaking.  Topic will be resident rights for our loved ones living in care facilities and the role of the State Ombudsman (Advocate).  Abuse and neglect clarified and how to report problems to appropriate agencies discussed.   Please join us in improving the care of our elders."
