Ranch Manager

Stangel Bison Ranch is a multi-generational farm/ranch that runs approximately 500 head of bison and hays 200+ acres. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Farm/ Ranch Manager to oversee and conduct the daily operations of our ranch and work with and alongside the owners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agriculture, farm management, and animal husbandry. This isn't a desk job---This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives outdoors and can effectively manage and communicate with staff/co-workers, maintain equipment, and ensure the health and productivity of crops and livestock. The Ranch Manager will play a crucial role in implementing sustainable practices while maximizing efficiency. The manager will be an active and innovative member of the future success of this operation. Long-term position. Valid driver's license required. MUST be willing to live in/relocate to Enterprise, OR.
