Location: Winding Waters Medical Clinic - Enterprise, Joseph, Wallowa Position Type: Full-time Hours: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm Mon-Fri Wage Range: $24-$30 Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Management Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient flow of materials, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and collaborating with internal teams to support operational needs. Key Responsibilities: ● Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies. ● Daily exam room, clean storage, procedure room stocking of all locations. ● Respond to requests for supplies during the day to be taken to the location at that time if appropriate. ● Efficient use of Surgicare Inventory Management system and all of its functions ● Creation of medical supply orders within Surgicare for approval by the COO. ● Research of new medical supplies requested by the Executive Team or Medical Director. ● Medical Supply Office organization ● Collaborate with teams to order medications and stocking of such supplies. ● Equipment Inventory and calibration management. ● Coordinate with hospital laundry staff to ensure laundry turnaround. ● Maintain accurate inventory records using Surgicare and coordinated with the Finance Team regarding inventory levels and the receipt of all supplies. ● Coordinate with the Medical Assistant Manager to efficiently organize and maintain the organization of labs/procedure rooms in all locations. ● Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. ● Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. ● Collaborate with the teams to forecast material needs. ● Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. ● Identify and implement process improvements to enhance material management efficiency. ● Other supply coordination duties as they arise. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. ● Proven experience in materials management, inventory control, or supply chain operations. ● Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent communication and organizational abilities. 2025-03-20 Winding Waters Clinic Materials Management Coordinator Job Description ● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. To direct, motivate, and clarify departmental priorities. ● Reading skills to understand provider orders, fax and inter-office communications, and the electronic health record. ● Computer Skills, to use the following programs to complete routine tasks: ● SurgiCare ● Microsoft Office including Excel and Word. ● Internet fluency to include: ○ Ability to utilize the WWMC Start page (intranet) ○ Ability to navigate Google Cloud (e-mail, calendar, documents, sheets, slides) ○ Ability to communicate via interoffice chat (TigerConnect) ○ Ability to use additional internet resources as needed for job duties ● Ability to maintain the confidentiality of patient-related information such as protected health information (PHI), incident reports, research findings, and patient engagement efforts. ● Ability to maintain the confidentiality of business-sensitive information such as strategic, operational, financial, marketing, contracting, and grants metrics and plans. ● Ability to maintain appropriate life support skills through basic life support (BLS) support training. ● Ability to drive to all locations and move supplies to/from those locations. Physical Characteristics ● Must have mobility to move about the Clinic. ● Must have the ability to lift 35 pounds. ● Must tolerate exposure to germs.
