Live, work and play in Beautiful Wallowa County! Home of the Eagle Cap Wilderness, Hells Canyon National Recreation Area, and Wallowa Lake. Wallowa County Grain Growers is offering an exciting opportunity for a full-time Bulk Fuel/Propane Delivery Driver. This position is responsible for the delivery of fuel from Wallowa County Grain Growers storage tanks to customers’ on-site tanks in the most efficient, effective and safe manner possible.
Essential Functions
- Fill fuel truck from storage tank assuring proper fuel is dispensed
- Timely delivery of fuel to the customer site.
- Assist in customer tank setting, leak checking, and maintenance when needed.
- Perform leak checks and replace regulators when necessary.
- Follow rules of the road according to state and federal law
- Maintain the truck and equipment in good working order which would include but not limited to keeping truck clean and presentable, maintain records, report necessary repairs.
- Carry out Wallowa County Grain Growers safety policies.
- Support Wallowa County Grain Growers products, services and values.
- Provide outstanding and courteous customer service.
- Read and follow company employee policies.
- Be able to communicate and solve differences of opinion with the customer.
Required Certifications
- Valid class B CDL
- Hazmat Endorsement
- Liquified Petroleum Gas license
- Master Fitter/ Truck Equipment Operator
- In-House Training to obtain Propane certification through CETP
